The scenery is amazing. Not the usual tourist track which makes is more relaxing and quiet. Very very please overall!!
- Great Taste Trail & Beyond, Bike, Hike & Sail
This was an excellent and well organised tour. We really enjoyed the balance of cycling and hiking and also the less strenuous activities. This was a great way to explore the north coast of the South Island. Our guide, Rob, was excellent. He was enthusiastic at the same time as being relaxed, and we loved learning all about New Zealand from him. Many thanks Rob and Adventure South
- Tour de Great Taste Trail NZ - Self Guided
The guides were excellent and the trip was fun. Accommodations were lovely. Restaurant choices were mixed- some good and a few not so good. I don't think the description of the cycling represented the ride as well as it should. There were quite a few stretches along busy roads and some steep, albeit short, hills.
