What a fantastic experience. I was travelling by myself and had a great time in Ireland. Fist of all the smaller group worked really well. We had 12 people on tour and was a great mixture of all ages. There were a few other solo travellers which was great for the evenings. Our guide, Ray, was really accommodating and had a great understanding of Irish history and told incredible stories. As I am a vegetarian he always recommended the best places and the Overland office send out an email each day with dinner recommendations as well which is a really nice touch. The tour felt never rushed and we had plenty of time in most places. It was great that we never spend too long on the bus and we had plenty of time in the towns we stayed in. Instead of some of the activities I just went to do some shopping which suited me really well as I am not that active. Overall it was an amazing experience and would highly recommend Overland Ireland to others.
