Mumbai Aurangabad Tour Package - AW

I got the reference for Agora Voyages from a friend and contacted them via email. Shashi professionally understood our requirements and arranged a complete tour package for us, including round-trip transfers from Mumbai and air ticket bookings, making the planning entirely stress-free. For our 2-night stay in Aurangabad, they offered us WelcomHotel Rama International and Vivanta Aurangabad by Taj Hotels, and we chose Vivanta Aurangabad — a perfect selection. The hotel was luxurious, comfortable, and ideally located for sightseeing. Our guide, Mr. Mangesh, was exceptional — knowledgeable, attentive, and accompanied us throughout all three days, sharing insights into the history, architecture, and spiritual significance of every site. Exploring Ajanta and Ellora Caves was mesmerizing, and Bibi Ka Maqbara, Grishneshwar Temple, and Daulatabad Fort added more depth to our cultural experience. Our driver, Mr. Qureshi, ensured safe, timely, and comfortable transfers, maintained vehicle hygiene, and kept bottled water, cold coffee, and energy drinks stocked throughout. Thanks to Agora Voyages, our tour was perfectly organized, enriching, and unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-curated heritage and cultural experience!

Best tour companies for Western India tours
From what our travelers tell us, there's quite a mix in tour quality among these operators. MTA has built a solid reputation through their drivers - Vijay gets mentioned often for making trips smooth and comfortable. Yolo India Tour handles the logistics well and their guides really know their stuff, sharing deep local knowledge throughout the trips. On The Go's Goa experience didn't quite hit the mark though. The main issues centered around their hotel choice being too far from any proper beaches and the fact that the tour itself felt more like a basic transfer service between airports than a proper guided experience. The consistent feedback from our customers suggests you'd be better off with either MTA or Yolo India Tour if you're looking at this region. These direct experiences from real travelers help paint an accurate picture of what you can expect from each operator - not just the marketing promises but how things actually play out on the ground.

- Winter 2025 / 2026
Winter's cool weather makes it perfect for exploring Western India's cultural sites. Our most sought-after tours focus on Maharashtra's cave complexes. You can really take your time at Ajanta and Ellora during these months - the mild temperatures let you climb between cave levels while studying the Buddhist art and rock-cut temples. Our customers often mention how much they appreciate the guides who walk them through each carving and painting's history. From our Mumbai base, tours combine Elephanta Caves with city spots like the Gateway of India and Dhobi Ghat. Goa works nicely in winter too - you'll walk Portuguese colonial streets, check out the Museum of Christian Art and explore the Menezes Braganza house with its old furniture and book collections.

Spring keeps similar tour patterns going, with cave-temples still drawing visitors while temperatures stay pleasant. From Aurangabad, you can really dig into Buddhist history at Ajanta Caves - our travelers like getting photos of the detailed murals showing Buddha's life. Tours linking Mumbai with Aurangabad give you a mix of city life and ancient artwork. Goa's colonial tours work well in spring too - it's comfortable for walking through Old Goa's churches and spending time in the Solar Souto Maior mansion from 1585 with all its artifacts.
