As updated you earlier, Eros Hotel Nehru Place is a 5-star deluxe hotel and is certified by the Ministry of Tourism. This was the first time we had received a complaint of this nature regarding the hotel, and we apologize that you had to face such issues. As soon as we were informed about the problem, we promptly contacted the hotel to arrange a room change. Unfortunately, we did not receive further communication from you regarding the second room, or we would have addressed the issue with the hotel once again. Regarding the matter of forced shopping, please know that we do not endorse or encourage such practices. We will be monitoring this internally to ensure it does not occur in the future.
