What people love about Kruger National Park Tours from Cape Town
- Cape Town, Kruger & Zimbabwe
Great value for money. Safari Lodges were excellent. CEO Jeff was great and overall a very exciting and wonderful adventure. My only complaint is my roomate and I were not compatible and it was a bit harrowing at times having to deal with her but I managed and enjoyed my time.
- Incomparable Cape Town And Safari
Our recent trip to Zimbabwe was fantastic! Thanks to African Travel for their suggestions on a very thoughtfully designed itinerary. We started with our arrival in Johannesburg, where we were met by an African Travel representative and escorted from the arrival gate, through customs and to our departure gate for our onward flight to Victoria Falls. This was a great assistance to us having never been to this airport before. Victoria Falls was spectacular and certainly exceeded our expectations. We took a guided walking tour along the falls gorge, which brought us amazingly close to the precipice. The views were absolutely stunning! Victoria Falls River Lodge provides for a luxury experience in a tented camp, right on the Zambezi River, and next to Zambezi National Park! The game viewing on the river and in the park was spectacular, especially on the river, where we had close sightings of very animated Hippo and Elephant. The accommodations, staff and particularly the dining (all A La Carte) were all at a very high level of quality and I would not hesitate in visiting again or recommending this Lodge. As well as the amazing accommodations, game viewing, dining, sights, and people, I would have to say that African Travel were fantastic, in that all of our guides, our transfers, connecting flights, and accommodations were managed to a tee! I cannot think of a better managed travel experience, and can’t wait to use African Travel again!
- Cape Town, Kruger & Victoria Falls ( Luxurious accommodation )
Getting detailed confirmation of accommodation and fine details from Little Roz Tours was very difficult. Hotel in Cape Town (Colosseum) was NOT luxury as described but acceptable and well located. Staff all very kind and helpful. All guides were fabulous and tours pretty well organised. Complications with pilots on strike on Xmas day were finally sorted and losing a day in Kruger NP due to that was disappointing as Kruger NP & Nyati Big 5 Safari Lodge was the best part of the booking with Victoria Falls, Ilala Lodge Hotel, a close 2nd. Travelling solo I was surprised not to be part of a ‘group tour’ as I expected but luckily I am an independent person so it worked out and along with the other day tours I organised for myself I have the most amazing memories and photos to look back on. Thank you.
