Itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Arrival

    Your driver will be waiting at Ben Gurion Airport to take you to your hotel in Tel Aviv. Take your time settling in after the flight and get comfortable in your accommodation for the coming days.

  2. Day 2

    Haifa - Rosh Hanikra - Acre

    Early pickup at 07:15 starts you off at Caesarea's Roman ruins where you'll see the theater and hippodrome. From there it's on to Haifa for the Baha'I gardens and a cable car ride down into the Rosh Hanikra grottos. Later you'll walk through Acre's Crusader City and check out the old Turkish prison before heading back to Tel Aviv by evening.

    Nazareth - Sea of Galilee - Yardenit

    After breakfast, pickup happens at 07:15 and you'll drive past Megiddo and Mount of Precipitation. In Nazareth you'll tour the Church of Annunciation and Church of St. Joseph, then head to Capernaum and the Sea of Galilee. There's an optional baptism available at Yardenit in the Jordan River, and you'll pass Mount Tabor before returning to Tel Aviv.

    Safed - Mount Meron

    Pickup at 07:15 takes you to important Jewish religious sites starting in Tiberias where you'll see graves of prominent sages. The day continues in Safed's old city where you'll walk through the synagogue of the Ari Hakadosh and look around the artist gallery. Later you head to Mount Meron to visit the grave of Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai, which draws pilgrims from all over.

    Jericho - Bethlehem

    Pickup at 07:15 heads toward the Dead Sea and you'll pass the Inn of the Good Samaritan and the Sea Level marker. In Jericho you'll tour the ancient excavations and Mt. Temptation, then travel to Bethlehem to see the Church of Nativity and Church of St. Catherine. On the way back you'll pass the Milk Grotto and Shepherd's Fields before returning to Tel Aviv.

    Dead Sea

    At 07:15 you're picked up for the journey to Masada where you'll take the cable car up and explore the palaces, bath house, synagogue and Roman barracks. After Masada you'll pass Ein Gedi and stop at the caves in Qumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. Then comes the float in the Dead Sea, which you can do even if you don't swim, before heading back to Tel Aviv.

    Pickup comes between 08:00 and 08:30 for a full Tel Aviv tour that covers a lot of ground. You'll go through the Diaspora Museum to learn about Jewish culture and history, see the main business and entertainment areas, and visit where Yitzchak Rabin's assassination took place. Later you'll walk Old Jaffa's ancient ruins and artists' quarter, check out the Neve Tzedek neighborhood, browse handmade crafts and street musicians at Nahalat Binyamin, and finish on the vibrant Sheinkin Street.

You'll enter through Lions' Gate and walk through the Armenian Quarter and Byzantine Cardo to reach the Jewish Quarter and Western Wall. The Via Dolorosa takes you to the Stations of the Cross and Church of the Holy Sepulcher, then you'll wander through the Old City market. Before returning to Tel Aviv, you'll tour Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum.
