Denitsa· November 27th, 2015All in all the trip was good. We were met at the airport and upon arrival in every city by the company representative. That being said, the gentleman who met us at the airport in Delhi offered to change money for us, so we don't get conned with fake bills, did so at an unfavorable rate and saved 2-3 rupees for each dollar we gave him. The exchange rate was 66, he gave us 63 for a dollar. Needless to say, we got the money with no receipt. 300$x2rupees=600 rupees less as a welcome to India. The hotels were acceptable and where the rooms were not to our liking we were given the chance to choose one that suits us. Without being a drama queen, the pubic hair in the bed of The Crystal Inn in Delhi did not make me feel at home. The hotel was extremely noisy but the staff were really fantastic and after many changes we finally found a suitable room. The guides were not easy to understand. It is company policy in each city there to be a different guide and this is definitely a downside. In every city part of the quite packed activities wise tour was an unnecessary trip to a very expensive shop which turned to be, as one of the guys accidentally called them "company shops". Obviously connected to GeTS holidays, the company is getting a good percentage if one of the tourists buys something. The breakfast in all the hotels was inedible. At 400$ for 7 days I didn't have high expectations but the cereal bars I had "just in case" came very handy. One of the best things on the trip was our driver Vikram (Viki), who was with us throughout the trip. He was always on time, relaxed, always able to accommodate a washroom break, chat with us or make jokes. It may not be a bad idea to suggest the company to increase a bit the price but to include everybody's tip and give the guides petty cash for tipping the rickshaw driver, mahout and camel cart driver. It becomes quickly very tiring to be seen be everyone as a walking wallet. With all the ups and downs, the tour was ok. I will definitely book again with Tour Radar in the future. We hit a snag at the Nepalese border (our fault since a family in our party didn't have the right visa) but we were able to continue on when our rep helped us adjust the route and hotel stay. The meet and greet from and to the airport each time with careful explanation of the whole trip was also invaluable in making this a good trip that met well beyond our expectations. After the booking is made you will be issued your final trip documents with your specific accommodation details 4-6 weeks before departure. Under the "What’s Included" tab on each tour page, you can find general info about the accommodations used on the tour before you book.

Breakfast is included in the cost, you will get this in hotel itself. for Lunch or Dinner either you can take this at hotel or our driver will assist you to some local restaurant. For lunch and dinner you will have to pay.

This tour is a Group tour. Means you and your group only. In this all the transfers, sightseeing, Pickup Drop are already included. You will be allotted car/Tempo Traveller from your arrival day to Departure day. The alloted transport depends upon number of travellers if its just 3-4 Innova will be given, more than 4-5 then Tempotraveller. All these vehicle will be fully air conditioned. Also this is not a big group. it will be maximum of 8-10 persons.
