Itinerary

Arrival in Kathmandu
You'll land at Tribhuwan International Airport where someone from the tour company meets you. From there, a private vehicle takes you to your hotel for check-in and your first night in Nepal.

Kathmandu Valley World Heritage Sites
This morning you start with a guided tour of Kathmandu's main sites. The itinerary includes Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Pasupatinath Temple. You'll travel by private vehicle, and all entrance fees are covered.

Kathmandu to Pokhara with Trisuli River Rafting
You'll head out toward Pokhara early in the day. Along the way, you stop at Charaudi for 3 hours of whitewater rafting on the Trishuli River. After lunch, you continue driving to Pokhara and check into your hotel. Later in the evening, you can take an optional boat ride on Fewa Lake to see Mount Machhapuchhre and the Annapurna Range.

Trek to Ulleri
You start trekking today at Birethanti heading toward Ulleri. The path winds through bamboo forests with waterfalls and small pools along the way. After crossing a stream on a suspension bridge, you climb a steep stone staircase of about 3,300 steps. The village of Ulleri sits at 2,080m elevation.

Ulleri to Ghorepani
From Ulleri, you cross another stream at a suspension bridge near the campsite and climb through pastures and farming areas. After resting roughly an hour in, you cross two more streams and reach Nangethanti for lunch. The final push takes you to Ghorepani at 2,850m where you can see Dhaulagiri I, Annapurna I, and several other peaks.

Poon Hill Sunrise and Trek to Tadapani
Before dawn, you make your way up to Poon Hill to catch the sunrise with views of Mt. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, and Fishtail Mountain. After watching the sunrise, you head back down to Ghorepani for breakfast. Later you continue walking toward Tadapani for the night.

Tadapani to Ghandruk and Return to Pokhara
You descend through forest terrain and reach Ghandruk village around midday. In the afternoon, you visit the Annapurna Conservation Office and museum to learn about the region's conservation efforts. Then you drive back to Pokhara for the evening.

Arrival in Chitwan National Park
You arrive at Chitwan National Park and sit through a briefing about what to expect. At 4:00 PM you visit a local Tharu village and stop at the National Park Visitor's Center, then watch the sunset from the Rapti River. Dinner comes at 8:00 PM, followed by either a cultural dance show or a presentation about Chitwan at 9:00 PM.

Chitwan Jungle Wildlife Activities
You wake at 6:00 AM with breakfast at 6:30 AM. After eating, you go on a canoe ride along the Rapti River and take a jungle walk where you might see elephants bathing. Lunch happens at 3:00 PM, then you head out for an elephant safari. Dinner is at 8:00 PM.

Elephant Breeding Center and Transfer to Kathmandu
This morning you visit the Elephant Breeding Center. Afterward, a private car picks you up for the drive back to Kathmandu where you'll spend the night.

Departure from Kathmandu
About 3 hours before your flight, your representative arrives to take you to Tribhuwan International Airport. You'll depart Nepal from there.
