The logistics always worked perfect, and the guide "Carlos" really excelled, always with the best disposition to explain all the details of the next destination, and sharing the best places to eat or visit. I don't give it 5 stars only because I found the first hotel bad, and because it was not so clear in the trip information that it did not include most meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc).Show more

- ndls4u2· July 15th, 2024I didn’t plan to take this tour as I had arranged for another tour with a different company. They cancelled. This one was similar to the other one. Glad I did. Met wonderful people. I didn’t like all the water activities but there were other options. Definitely add days before and after the tour to see more of the city. Our tour guide was Raphael. - PBPeter· February 19th, 2024The tour as very good, the leader was excellent. Only reason not giving this excellent, was some of the hotels were substandard for varying reasons. No WiFi, Building site going until 9pm right up against my window. If that was not bad enough I was on the street front noise was horrendous. No bath mats and no glasses in some of the hotels. That aside the tour was well run and organised by our guide, he was helpful, knowledgeable and easy to approach. We stayed in different hotels and I just think, if I was doing this by myself, I would not have the opportunity to be in this hotels neither to be in these amazing places. The group was diverse with amazing people that I was glad I met them! Sal was a great guide. He was very helpful and very assertive in all his recommendations.. Overall, I highly recommend this tour. Our tour leader (Salvador) was excellent. Border crossings were easy. No worries about transportation or getting where you needed to be on time. Never had such a stress free 2 week adventure like this before. Met some wonderful people. Made great memories.
