Our self-guided cycling trip Oct 2024 was wonderful. The experience provided really showed us the country. Specifically, the details were exact, the schedules perfect, and the logistics well-planned. The paper as well as gps site were very detailed and contained all of the information we needed. From the onset, your professionalism was noted. The bicycles were of good quality and maintained well.

I cannot even put into words how incredible our trip/experience with Meridien Ten was. They set up and accommodated a personalized 12-day self-guided trip that fit exactly what we wanted to see and do (from Zagreb to Plitvice to the Dalmatian Coast). Their customer service was outstanding and they made the transitions and logistics as easy as possible so we could enjoy our trip to the fullest. We loved how it was organized in a way that we had a tour to follow with suggestions, but we were still able to feel like we had independence and like we could have our own adventure. Assistance and support, if needed, was available. Overall, these features made for a very smooth and fulfilling experience.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before December 3rd, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after December 3rd, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Meridien Ten. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Meridien Ten will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Meridien Ten" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
