I have never taken a trip out of country by myself my husband has gone with me but could not this time. I had a lot of questions for Brian who set his tour up for me. As time got closer to take this tour I had a lot of questions for Brian. When we spoke he told me he was worried about me because I was asking so many questions. When I asked him one question about when I would be meeting my tour guide and where he told me he didn't have my file so he couldn't answer that question. I was the customer I paid good money for this vacation and he couldn't get off his butt and find my file to answer my question. If he treats clients like this he should not be working for COSMOS. Information is readily available online that we were able to travel without the need for one. But I'm so glad I went with Cosmos for this trip to Israel. The only thing I did was provide them my information and pay the fee. It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. The trip went on smoothly from the time I boarded the plane to my destination until my flight back home. I felt safe all throughout the trip. The your guide, Samir Farran, was excellent. We saw food is ready and they are also waiting for time…we are there at 6:20-6:25 for our supposed 6:30 am breakfast, but won't let us in they are just waiting for the exact time!
