    · March 13th, 2016
Two of my friends & myself booked a hop on hop off style tour with these guys. What a waste of time & money. We arrived at Cancun airport expecting to catch an ADO bus direct from the airport to Playa del Carmen. This was not booked correctly so we had to pay again for new tickets. We were then provided with the wrong address for our next ADO bus meaning we had to rush to catch a taxi before the next bus left. After we visited Caye Caulker, Belize we were meant to catch a bus into Guatemala at 9am. The bus did not arrive and the meet up point provided did not exist at the ferry terminal. A bus finally turned up around 11, but we were not allowed on as it was over booked. We had to purchase our own tickets after wasting 4 hours at the ferry terminal. Other pick up points were not realised, and we spent more time attempting to source information from these hacks to find out transport & the local partner for each trip. Transport was meant to be 14 seater private vans, they were not. We complained directly to Marvelus with no luck so we are disputing the charges with PayPal. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE GUYS.
