Itinerary

Istanbul
Your guide meets you at Istanbul International Airport and takes you to your hotel. After you settle in, the rest of the day is yours to do what you'd like. You can walk around the neighborhood nearby or just relax at the hotel and get some rest after your flight.

Istanbul
Following breakfast, a guided tour takes you through Istanbul's historic center starting with the Hippodrome, then the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Lunch happens at a local spot where you'll have Turkish food, then you'll head to Asil Efendi Bazaar to see all the colors and catch the different smells. If you're interested, there's an optional Bosphorus dinner cruise in the evening with traditional Turkish meze, live music, and belly dancing.

Istanbul to Bodrum
This morning includes a private luxury cruise along the Bosphorus Strait where you'll see Ottoman palaces and mansions from the water. After lunch, you transfer to the airport for your flight to Bodrum, a seaside resort town on the Aegean coast. Once you check in at your hotel, you can spend the evening relaxing by the sea.

Bodrum
Today you explore Bodrum, the ancient city once known as Halicarnassus. The Castle of St. Peter overlooks the harbor and contains the Museum of Underwater Archaeology inside. You'll also see the ruins of the Mausoleum of Halicarnassus, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and walk through the Ancient Amphitheatre which offers views over the city and water. The whole area has a relaxed Mediterranean feel, and you return to your hotel by evening.

Bodrum to Fethiye
After breakfast, you travel south along the coast heading toward Fethiye, one of Turkey's most beautiful seaside towns. The drive takes you through olive groves, pine forests, and small villages where mountains drop down toward the sea, so the whole route has plenty of nice scenery.

Fethiye
You have the full day to explore Fethiye however you like. The famous Blue Lagoon of Oludeniz is there with its clear turquoise water and white sand beaches. If you want more action, consider paragliding from Babadag Mountain, or taking the 12 Islands Boat Cruise which stops at hidden coves and smaller beaches. There are also ancient Lycian rock tombs carved into the cliffs above town if history interests you.

Fethiye to Antalya
Traveling along the coastal route takes you to Antalya on the Turkish Riviera, and the four hour drive includes several scenic stops. When you arrive at your hotel, you'll have time to catch the sunset over the Mediterranean before evening.

Antalya
Antalya is yours to explore at your own pace today. The area has lush mountains, golden beaches, and old ruins nearby. You can wander through the narrow cobblestone streets of Kaleici in the Old Town, check out the Roman Hadrian's Gate, or just relax on Konyaalti Beach. Optional activities include rafting in Koprulucanyon, jeep safaris, or horseback riding through the pine forests if you want something more organized.
