Queenstown
You'll arrive at Queenstown airport and get transferred to your hotel in the city center. The rest of the day is yours to do as you please. Take a walk along the lakefront, find a local café for coffee, or just settle in and soak in the alpine scenery around Lake Wakatipu.

Queenstown
Ride the Skyline Gondola up 480 metres to Bob's Peak, which is the steepest cable car lift in the Southern Hemisphere. You'll get 220-degree views of Coronet Peak, The Remarkables, and Lake Wakatipu. After that, try multiple runs on the Luge, grab refreshments at the Bar, and have a buffet lunch at Stratosfare Restaurant with panoramic views.

Board the TSS Earnslaw steamship and cruise across Lake Wakatipu to Walter Peak High Country Farm on the western shore. You'll have a gourmet buffet BBQ lunch or dinner at Colonel's Homestead Restaurant overlooking the lake, then watch a sheep-herding and farm dog demonstration. Walk through the gardens before heading back to Queenstown by boat.
