Cochem

You'll have time to walk around the old town, check out the cathedral, grab lunch at a café, and soak in the atmosphere. The city isn't huge, so you can cover a lot of ground without rushing. Head to the riverfront along the Rhine if you want a break, or spend time in the squares where locals hang out. By evening, make your way back to the departure point with plenty of time to spare.
