Cochem
The ship pulls into Cochem at 11:00, giving you six hours before departure at 17:00. Reichsburg castle sits high above the town, so you can hike up for views or just see it from below. Head to the riverfront along the Rhine if you want a break, or spend time in the squares where locals hang out. By evening, make your way back to the departure point with plenty of time to spare.
