Dublin

Dublin
After breakfast, head out on a panoramic tour of Dublin. You'll walk along the River Liffey and see Trinity College from outside, plus other historic spots around the city. The afternoon is yours to explore at your own pace and wander around on your own.

- Day 3
Dublin - Caernarfon - Liverpool
An early ferry gets you across to Wales for a three to three-and-a-half hour crossing. Once there, you'll check out Caernarfon's World Heritage castle and the town itself. Then it's on to Liverpool for a bus tour of the famous port city before heading to your accommodation.

You'll start in Stratford-upon-Avon, Shakespeare's hometown, with time for lunch and looking around on your own. From there, head to Oxford to see the university and cultural sites. You'll arrive in London by evening, giving you time to get to your hotel and rest up.

- Day 5
London
This morning includes a city tour covering Westminster, Parliament, the City, and views along the Thames. The afternoon is free for whatever you want to do. Later, meet up at Piccadilly for an evening walk through Leicester Square, Chinatown, and Soho's entertainment area before heading back by bus.

London

- Day 7
London - Calais - Amiens - Paris
You'll take a ferry across the English Channel to France, passing through Calais. After that, head to Amiens to see its Gothic cathedral and walk the narrow, charming streets. Continue on to Paris, arriving by evening to settle into your hotel.

- Day 8
Paris
Start with the Palace of Versailles and its gardens (note admission isn't included). Back in Paris, you'll check out Montmartre with its artist heritage and cabarets. Then comes a panoramic tour showing off the city's big avenues and famous sites before you return to the hotel.

- Day 9
Paris
Head to the Eiffel Tower in central Paris and go up to the second floor. Later, take a relaxing boat cruise on the Seine that lasts about an hour and fifteen minutes. The afternoon is free to explore Paris however you want.

Paris - Burgundy - Beaune - Lyon
Travel through the Bourgogne region and stop in Beaune, a town with flowers and historic architecture. Continue to Lyon, a UNESCO site, where you'll ride a cable car up to Notre-Dame de Fourvière for views of the city. You'll have free time to walk around and see what interests you.

- Day 11
Lyon - Geneva - Zurich
Cross into Switzerland. In Geneva, pass the Palace of Nations and explore the English Garden with its flower clock and Jet d'Eau fountain. Travel along scenic routes by Lake Geneva and Lake Neuchâtel, stopping in Neuchâtel to walk through town and see the 10th-century castle. Arrive in Zurich in the late afternoon.

- Day 12
Zurich
Spend time in Zurich with a guide, learning about Switzerland's largest city and its importance for finance and culture. You'll take a nearly two-hour lake cruise with stops at small villages, then get off in the medieval village of Rapperswil to see its castle. Return to Zurich by train to experience the Swiss rail system.
