Very very bad, the worse European trip. Europamounda is the operator and they provided the worse service, they only care about cutting corners to save themselves some money. In one of the days we had to change buses, tour leaders, guides and drivers. The one big tour in Barcelona, the visit to St. Fatima turned a disaster. The local guide had two different groups speaking different languages, the tour guide spend 5 minutes with one group, then 5 minutes with the other group, back and forth several times, this wan insulting and humiliating, even though we paid 60 Euros per person. Finally she asked to wait for few minutes and she will be back, sorry to say she vanished, we waited and waited then we decided to leave on our own. When we were leaving Milan in the morning, we were told to be ready at 7:20 am, the reason for that is discussing they had to split us and our luggage to four different groups because at at the end to our Milan tour they have to drop us at four different hotels, this was just a nightmare. In the morning going to Rome we had to pick up people from different hotels. On the day in Rome, me and my wife decided to go on our own and not join the group. The Eiffel Tower visit in Paris was great, everyone enjoyed it, then in the morning we went back and we went up the tower, and that was awesome. The in the late afternoon tour they decided to go back to the Eiffel Tower because other group of people from another tour guide did not see the tower. Then we were expecting to go and see the great Cathedral of the Notre-Dame , but we were told that there is no time and the bus cannot stop there, we saw thousands and thousands of people around the Cathedral but were not among those thousands. This was reckless, insulting and humiliating to us, we paid very high price for this trip, the highest evever for a visit to Europe, but was a disaster and disappointing, never never never a trip again with Europamounda.
