A great bang for the buck. The hotels were excellent as were the morning breakfasts. The tour guide was the best as were the local guides. The bus driver did a great job of getting us from place to place.

We covered many countries and saw a lot of neat palaces, churches, castles, buildings, and towers that are steeped in history. I also liked the fact that we were given lots of free time to explore cities on our own.

It was partly guided and partly non-guided. The trip was okay. Only that, we were given short time to do the side trips and the visits to some places like the Stockholm Town Hall, Royal Ship Vasa, Soumenlina Island, Turaida Castle, Trakai Castle, Hill of Crosses, Rundale Palace and others. At least, additional 30 minutes should be given more to the alloted time. Just walking to some of these places takes time already. There are more free time after the city tour, so the tour guide or the one responsible for scheduling such trips should adjust the time so that there would be enough time to finish these places and take good and thorough pictures.

The tour was not expensive compared to other tour agencies. In short it was affordable. It encompassed a lot of cities and places. It got a lot of free time for the tourist or guest like me after the guided city tours.

The tour was excellent. The hotels and tour guides were great. The only reason I’m giving this good and not excellent rating is for two reasons. I wish we had more time in some places such as Helsinki and Warsaw. I felt like we didn’t have enough time. The other reason is regarding booking pre and post accomodation I gave europamundo the date I was arriving to Stockholm 2 days before the tour started and they kept quoting me for the day before the tour. Even after messaging countless times and it got too late because they replied very late so I had to organise my own and it was very last minute. I contacted way before the tour had started but they kept replying with a quote for the day before the tour and not the day I actually arrive. Also I booked accomodation post the tour and I paid but when I got to the hotel in Berlin the hotel didn’t know I was staying an extra day because europamundo didn’t notify them and I had to wait until Monday 9:30am to contact them so I waited but they took over an hour to sort this issue and in the meantime I had to wait until the situation was sorted. I packed my suitcases and bags so I could ask the hotel to keep them locked while my partner and I explored Berlin but all that time I wasted just to find out the hotel finally had my reservation. All that could’ve been avoided if the tour guide or europamundo gave this information to the hotel. I asked the new tour guide she said she would contact but I heard nothing from her. This was hard as she was going on another tour. I think don’t offer last minute reservation if you cannot handle reservation and booking. The amount of stress I felt just waiting to hear what is going to happen with my booking made the whole time I had in Berlin from when I arrived to when I left extremely stressful because we arrived on Saturday to Berlin and I had to wait until Monday to contact europamundo to sort out the reservation fiasco.

The tour was fantastic! As usual I stayed awake on the bus too long and managed to over do it near the end. I recommend to others. Younger travelers don't have as much of a problem, but when you get older you need to pace yourself.
