Arrival

Stockholm
This morning starts with a panoramic tour through Stockholm, which sits across 14 interconnected islands. You'll walk through Gamla Stan, the old quarter where you can visit the Nobel Prize Museum and the Cathedral, then head to the Royal Palace and up to the Fjällgatan viewpoint for views across the city. The afternoon is free, so you can spend time at museums or wander through the parks at your own pace.

Stockholm to Turku
You have the full day free in Stockholm to do whatever interests you. Later in the evening, you'll board a modern ferry for an overnight journey to Finland. Your cabin has an en-suite bathroom, so you can settle in for the crossing.

- Day 4
Turku - Naantali - Helsinki
As the ferry approaches Finland, head up on deck early to see the sunrise while you sail past the Åland Islands. After docking, you'll explore Turku, then continue to the wooden houses of Naantali before driving on to Helsinki, arriving around lunchtime. The afternoon is yours to check out the old market, see the Russian-influenced architecture, and walk through the various churches scattered around the city.

- Day 5
Helsinki to Tallinn
An included boat trip takes you out to the Suomenlinna Islands where you can explore six islands connected by pedestrian bridges. The main draw is the fortress, now a World Heritage Site. From there, you'll catch a ferry to Estonia, a crossing of about two and a half hours where you'll see islands dotting the water. You arrive in Tallinn as evening falls.

Tallinn

- Day 7
Tallinn - Parnu - Sigulda - Riga
You'll drive through forests and open plains toward Pärnu, a seaside resort town, then cross into Latvia. Lunch is included along the way. The day includes a visit to Turaida Castle with its large park and sculptures (admission covered), then a walk through the town of Sigulda. Before reaching Riga, you'll stop at the Salaspils Memorial, a large monumental complex built in 1967 to honor those who died under Nazi occupation. You arrive in Riga by evening.

- Day 8
Riga
An included panoramic tour shows you Riga, the largest city in the Baltic states. You'll see remnants of the Soviet era, walk through the medieval Historic Center, and check out the Art Nouveau architecture throughout the city. From there, the afternoon is free for you to explore neighborhoods or buildings that caught your interest during the tour.

- Day 9
Riga - Rundale - Vilnius
You'll leave early to head into Lithuania, starting with Rundale Palace, a Baroque structure designed by the same architect who worked on the Hermitage in Russia. Next comes the Hill of Crosses with its thousands of crosses in various sizes. Lunch is included during the drive. Later you'll stop at Trakai, where a castle sits on an island in a lake near Vilnius, before finishing the day in Vilnius itself.

Vilnius

- Day 11
Vilnius - Grutas Park - August\u00f3w - Warsaw
The drive into Poland starts at Grutas Park, a site featuring 86 Soviet-era statues from the Stalin era. You'll stop for lunch in Augustów, a charming town on a lake. From there, you continue toward central Poland and arrive in Warsaw by end of day.

- Day 12
Warsaw
A local guide leads a panoramic tour of Warsaw, a city of nearly two million and Poland's political and economic center. You'll explore the Old Town with its historic buildings and the Royal Palace, all beautifully rebuilt after WWII destruction, now a World Heritage Site. The tour includes the Palace of Culture (a Soviet gift to the city), a reflective stop at the site of Europe's largest Jewish ghetto, and a stroll through Łazienkowski Park where you can see the Chopin Monument. Around 2:30 p.m., you depart for Poznań, an active city with a beautiful main square, where you'll have some free time to look around.

Berlin
A guided panoramic tour takes you through Berlin's historic center, Museum Island, the Reichstag, and Brandenburg Gate.
