Itinerary
- Day 1
Hanoi
You'll arrive at Noi Bai International Airport and get picked up for the drive to your Hanoi hotel, where check-in happens around 2:00 PM. After settling in, there's an optional Brew & Bites Experience if you're interested. This takes you through the Old Quarter to sample Hanoi's coffee culture and street food scene, visiting local cafes and markets with a guide who can point out the best spots and explain what you're tasting.

Hanoi to Ha Long Bay to Hanoi
You'll head out early from Hanoi and take the expressway toward Ha Long Bay. Once there, you board the Sea Lion Cruise where lunch is served as a buffet while you're surrounded by those dramatic limestone karsts. The day includes exploring Surprising Cave, then paddling through Luon Cave by kayak or bamboo boat. You'll stop at Titop Island for swimming or hiking up to the peak if you feel like it. Later, there's a sunset gathering on the sundeck before the cruise heads back to Hanoi by evening.

Hanoi to Son La
Your morning is yours to wander around Hanoi however you'd like. In the afternoon, you'll drive about 5 to 6 hours to Son La and check into the Phuc Sinh Mountain Hill Hotel. Dinner isn't included, but you can order ahead 12 hours before you arrive, or just grab food at restaurants along the way during your drive.

Son La
After breakfast at the hotel, you spend the morning and early afternoon doing a guided cultural tour. You'll visit coffee farms, learn how Phuc Sinh Group operates, try tasting different coffees, and visit a local ethnic village where you can try traditional foods and more coffee. Lunch happens in the village. The afternoon includes watching coffee roasting and brewing demonstrations by local experts, and then you have the evening free to relax and have dinner.

Breakfast at the hotel runs from 7:30 to 9:00 AM. After you eat, you're free to check out and arrange your own way back to Hanoi or head to your next destination. This is where the tour ends in Son La, so you'll handle your own transportation from here.
