Arrival in French Riviera
You'll arrive at your luxury hotel on the French Riviera and have the afternoon free to get settled. Take a stroll along the palm-lined promenades, wander through the cobbled old towns at your own pace, or find a spot by the sea with a glass of wine and just relax.

- Day 2
Nice
This morning starts with a guided walking tour of Nice. You'll walk the Promenade des Anglais with its palm trees and Mediterranean views, check out Place Massena in the city center, then head into Vieux Nice to explore the narrow cobbled streets, local markets, and artisan shops. After lunch on your own, you'll have dinner with your Tour Director at a local restaurant.

- Day 3
Scenic Freechoice
You get to choose how to spend your day exploring the region. One option takes you to Monte Carlo to see the Prince's Palace and the famous Casino. The other choice is visiting Saint-Paul de Vence, a medieval hilltop town that inspired artists like Picasso and Chagall.

- Day 4
Nice to Tarascon
You'll take a train to Tarascon and board your Scenic Space-Ship. Spend the afternoon getting to know your new home by relaxing in your suite or heading to the Sun Deck for beverages while you take in views of the city. Later this evening, join other guests for a welcome reception.

- Day 5
Arles
You wake in Arles, an ancient city founded around 56BC with impressive Roman ruins and heritage sites. You can choose a guided walking tour of the 20,000-seat Las Arenas arena, visit an olive farm in the Alpilles region for tasting, join an on-board painting class inspired by Van Gogh, or check out a Provence herbal farm focused on lavender oils. After lunch, the ship cruises toward Avignon.

Avignon
You'll explore Avignon, the City of the Popes, with medieval architecture and UNESCO sites throughout. Pick from a guided walking tour of the city walls and Pope's Palace, see the ancient Roman aqueduct Pont du Gard, shop at the local market with the chef for an interactive cooking demonstration, or do a wine tasting in Chateauneuf du Pape. The afternoon is free to explore more or head to Le Rocher des Doms for city views. In the evening, you'll attend an exclusive after-hours classical concert inside the Palais des Popes.

Viviers
You arrive in Viviers, an open-air museum with medieval heritage dating back to the fifth century. The narrow zig-zagging lanes feel largely unchanged over 1,600 years. Choose a guided walking tour of the Cathedral of St. Vincent and architecture, a French Resistance walking tour with WWII stories, or an excursion to the medieval castle in Grignan. Spend the afternoon relaxing on board as you cruise toward Vienne.

Vienne
You'll arrive in Vienne, a city packed with 2,000 years of history and Roman heritage including a terraced theatre, first-century temple, ancient baths, and the Vienne Pyramid. Take your pick between a guided walking tour of one of the best-preserved Roman theatres that once held over 10,000 people, or a cycling tour past a well-preserved Roman temple, monuments to Emperor Augustus, villa ruins, bath houses, and the Ile Barlet River Island.

Mâcon
You wake in Macon, your base for exploring south Burgundy. The town sits on the river's edge with pastel buildings, ancient churches, and charming quays near the famous Burgundy wine region. Pick from touring the rolling Beaujolais wine region with a local vintner, visiting the Medieval town of Cluny and its historic Benedictine Abbey, touring the Chateau de Cormatin built in 1606 with its gilded rooms and gardens, or visiting an organic goat cheese farm with tasting and local wine.

Lyon
You'll explore Lyon, France's third-largest city and gastronomic capital founded by Romans in 43BC where two rivers meet. With over 4,000 restaurants and 20 with Michelin stars, it's a dining powerhouse. Choose from a guided tour of hidden traboules (secret passageways from the fourth century) and the Basilica of Notre Dame of Fourvi re, visit the Medieval walled village of Perouges on a hilltop, attend a silk painting workshop exploring the city's five-century silk heritage, or take a cycling tour to Tete d'or Park with its lake, botanical garden, rose garden, and zoo. You'll stay overnight docked in Lyon.
