- Day 1
Alta Pusteria
You'll arrive at your hotel in Alta Pusteria and get settled in. If you're interested, there's an optional excursion in the afternoon to Lake Toblach and Lake Landro. Both lakes sit in the Alpine landscape with nice views of the Three Peaks, and they're worth checking out if you have the energy after travel.

- Day 2
Alta Pusteria to Lienz
Start cycling from Toblacher Sattel on a gentle downhill route along the Drava River. You'll cross into East Tyrol as you head toward Lienz, with the Dolomite mountains visible the whole way. Along the route, stop at Lake Tristacher for a break and swim. It's the only bathing lake in East Tyrol, so it's a good spot to cool off before finishing your ride into town.

Lienz to Lake Weissensee
This morning you'll cycle from Oberdrauburg on the Drau Cycle Path through Alpine scenery. You'll pass through Kötschach-Mauthen and Hermagor as you head toward Lake Pressegger, which happens to be Austria's warmest lake. Stop here to swim if you want, then continue cycling to Lake Weissensee. The water's crystal clear, and you can take an evening swim or have dinner by the shore.

Lake Weissensee to Lake Faak
After leaving Lake Weissensee, you'll cycle to Villach, a city that blends Central European and Mediterranean character. From there, continue to Lake Faak, known for its turquoise and warm water. The Mittagskogel Mountains reflect in the lake, and it's a nice place to stop before heading back.

Lake Faak to Lake Bled
After breakfast, you'll cycle toward Slovenia, passing through small villages like Drobollach and Latschach. You'll reach Lake Wörthersee, Carinthia's largest lake and popular with locals. From there, keep cycling into Slovenia to reach Lake Bled, which has the famous island church and is one of the Alps' most recognizable destinations.

Lake Bled to Kranjska Gora to Villach
Starting from Bled, cycle toward Jesenice on a path that runs parallel to the railway. After that, you'll reach Mojstrana, the entrance to Triglav National Park, then head into the Sava Valley toward Kranjska Gora. On the way, you'll see Lake Jasna and Lake Zelenci, both with clear Alpine water. From there, cycle back to Villach to finish your tour.
