Göersdorf
You have five cycling routes to choose from through the Alsatian countryside. There's a route following orchard lanes past war memorials, another heading into the Vosges forests to see medieval castles, or you can check out geothermal sites and old oil mining areas. If you're up for something tougher, the Peace Tour crosses into Germany. Another option takes you to the spa town of Niederbronn-les-Bains where you can visit an Alsatian pretzel factory. Routes run between 35 and 50 km depending on which one you pick.
