You'll arrive in Colmar and check into your hotel to get settled. Later, take a free walking tour through the city's medieval streets and historic center. The half-timbered houses and canals give the place real character, and you'll get a good sense of the layout on foot.

- Cycling tour: Colmar to Breisach on the Rhine via Rhine Valley (approximately 70 km) - visit Neuf-Brisach (Vauban stronghold, UNESCO World Heritage Site), cross Rhine to Breisach am Rhein in Germany, visit cathedral and town center, return via Marckolsheim (Maginot Line fortification visit)
