Tallinn
You'll make your way to Tallinn and check into your hotel. Your Holiday Director will meet you this evening for the welcome meeting, so you can relax and get oriented before things kick off tomorrow.

Tallinn
This morning you'll walk through Tallinn's Old Town, a UNESCO site with medieval cobblestone streets and Gothic merchant houses. You'll pass by Toompea Castle, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, and Town Hall Square. After that, head to the Old Guild buildings, Dome Church, and St. Olaf's Church. Later in the day you'll go to the Song Festival Grounds, Pirita recreation area, and the Olympic Yachting Centre, finishing at St. Bridget's Monastery ruins. An optional afternoon trip to Kadriorg Palace is available if you want to do more.

Tallinn to Riga
Travel to Latvia and visit Turaida Castle at the Turaida Museum Reserve, which holds 11th-century monuments and one of Latvia's oldest wooden churches. Next you'll explore Sigulda in Gauja National Park, known for its natural beauty and winter sports heritage. Then head underground at the Ligatne Soviet Bunker, a preserved Cold War facility built 9 metres down. You'll arrive in Riga for your first night in Latvia's capital.

Riga
This morning you'll take a guided walking tour through Riga's medieval architecture. Check out the Dome Cathedral with one of the world's largest pipe organs, historic Guild Houses, and see why Riga has Europe's greatest concentration of Art Nouveau buildings. After that, tour Riga Castle, the seat of Latvia's president. An optional afternoon trip to Jurmala, Latvia's premier seaside resort, is available if you're interested.

Riga
Head 70 kilometres from Riga to explore Rundale Palace, a baroque masterpiece designed by Italian architect Rastrelli (who also created St. Petersburg's Winter Palace). Walk through the Golden Hall, White Hall, and the opulent bedroom of Duke Ernst Johann Biron. Then see the French-style palace gardens. Lunch comes at Restaurant Rozmalas, a restored recreation complex with a design hotel, historic windmill, and traditional craftsmen's house surrounded by ancient apple orchards.

See the Venta Rumba, Europe's widest natural waterfall, and the historic brick bridge from 1874. Continue to Liepaja for a city tour covering Rose Square and House of Peter I. Explore Karosta, a unique northern neighbourhood blending Tsarist Russian military elegance with Soviet militarism.

Liepaja to Klaipeda
Cross into Lithuania to explore the Curonian Spit National Park, a 98-kilometre UNESCO-recognized sand dune peninsula with dunes reaching 60 metres high. Visit the fishing village of Nida and have lunch at a local restaurant serving fresh-caught fish. Take a boat tour to see the landscape from the water. Later you'll continue to Klaipeda and have dinner at your hotel.

Start your morning with a tour of Klaipeda, Lithuania's principal seaport. Then travel to Vilnius, stopping at the Hill of Crosses, a powerful pilgrimage site with hundreds of thousands of crosses symbolizing Lithuanian faith, hope, and national identity.

Stop at St. Peter and Paul's Church with its incredible baroque interior. An optional excursion to Trakai Castle is available.
