Itinerary
- Day 1
Rome
You'll get a complimentary transfer to your hotel when you arrive in Rome. If you land early, the city's yours to wander and you can grab an espresso at a local spot. The welcome meeting kicks off at 6 pm, which is when you'll meet your tour leader and the other travelers. After that, dinner at a local restaurant is included.

- Day 2
Rome
Start with a private guided tour hitting the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Piazza Navona. From there, you'll head to Campo de Fiori where the centuries-old produce market is still going strong. Stop by a local bar for a granita, then it's time for lunch at an aristocrat's home (included). Your afternoon opens up, so you can head out on your own. The Colosseum is worth considering if you haven't seen it yet.

Rome to Siena to San Gimignano
A private vehicle takes you to Siena for an orientation walk where your leader points out the city's highlights. You'll see Piazza del Campo where the famous Palio horse race happens, plus Siena Cathedral. After that, you move on to Monteriggioni, a medieval walled town with towers built to protect Sienese territory. By evening you're at your accommodation near San Gimignano, a country hotel with a pool and restaurant. Dinner features traditional Tuscan food with modern touches and it's included.

- Day 4
San Gimignano
Your leader shows you around San Gimignano, known as the 'Town of Fine Towers.' You'll walk through the medieval Old Town center and take in its Gothic and Romanesque buildings. Next, you visit a local agriturismo to explore the vineyards and try Vernaccia wine, one of Tuscany's well-known white wines. Lunch (included) features regional cheese, fine olive oil, and bruschetta. Back at your accommodation, another included dinner awaits.

San Gimignano to Pisa to Lucca to Florence
You head to Pisa where your leader tells you about the Leaning Tower and you can snap photos from the ground. Then it's on to Lucca, a beautiful but often overlooked city, for a short walk along the preserved Renaissance walls. Later you arrive in Florence. The evening is free, so you can walk the cobbled streets, grab gelato, and soak up the Tuscan feel.

- Day 6
Florence
A private guided walk takes you through Florence in the morning, including the Galleria dell'Accademia where Michelangelo's David statue is housed along with other important sculptures. After that, your afternoon is open. The Uffizi Gallery, one of the world's oldest galleries, comes highly recommended. Piazzale Michelangelo offers great views across Florence's skyline. For food, try simple Tuscan cooking with olive oil, beans, and herbs.

Florence to Venice
After heading to the railway station, you take a high-speed train to Venice. Your leader guides you on an orientation walk through the canals and tells you about the city's history. You'll visit Palazzo Pisani, once a powerful Venetian family's home and now the Music Conservatory, with its ornate frescoed rooms and rooftop views. The rest of the afternoon is yours to explore the Grand Canal, shop at Rialto Bridge, see Piazza and Basilica di San Marco, or wander the cobbled streets finding markets and cafes. A gondola ride and tiramisu are must-dos. An included Venetian dinner happens in the evening with your leader.
