I have to shout out Lachlan Fleming . He did such an amazing job on our Japan tour! Best tour guide ever!!!! 10/10!! He gave a bit of culture, history, etiquette, and recommendations for literally everything you could want to do anywhere in Japan! He even handled a sticky situation for me when I forgot medication in a remote location. I was worried I'd have to leave the tour to go get the medication, but Lachie sorted it out in a couple of hours. A few emails from him and my medication arrived the next day at our hostel. Saved my life - not even exaggerating! He was humble and fun and did an amazing job managing a lot of different personalities on the tour. Would definitely like to be on another tour with him.

I’ve just finished the Intro Travel Sri Lanka trip and it was incredible from start to finish. Every day was packed with amazing experiences, it was action packed whilst still feeling calm and relaxed! my absolute highlight was the scenic train ride, the views are breathtaking, and spending time in Hiriketiya, which was just paradise. A huge thank you to Emma and Sam for running the tour so smoothly and making everyone feel welcome and included. Their energy, knowledge, and care really made this trip unforgettable. They went truly above and beyond for the entire trip!
