    You'll arrive in Geneva and check into your hotel. Spend the rest of the day unwinding from your travel and getting ready for what's ahead.

  2. Day 2

    Geneva to Zermatt

    Head to Geneva Airport and board a scenic train that winds through the Swiss countryside toward Zermatt. Once you reach the mountain town, settle into your hotel and take time to relax and get used to the altitude with the Matterhorn rising above you.

  3. Day 3

    Zermatt

    Start with a cable car ride up to Sunnegga for wide views of the surrounding peaks. Then you'll hike down to Stellisee Lake where the Matterhorn reflects perfectly in the water, continue through to the small village of Zmutt, and walk back to Zermatt via mountain meadows and forest trails.

    In the morning, head to Forest Fun Park for a rope course and zipline experience. After grabbing lunch, visit the interactive museum to learn about Zermatt's history and the Matterhorn's climbing heritage, then wander through the car-free town center and pick up any souvenirs you want.

    Zermatt

    Take cable cars up to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, Europe's highest station, where you can see 38 Alpine peaks spread out in all directions. Explore the Glacier Palace and its ice tunnels and sculptures, ride the unique Crystal Ride cable car with its clear floor, then take the cogwheel railway to Gornergrat for views of the Matterhorn and Monte Rosa.

    Zermatt to Geneva

    Have breakfast, then make your way to Zermatt station and board the train back to Geneva. During the ride, you'll take in the alpine scenery one last time and think back on your time in the mountains.
