Bari to Matera
You'll land at Bari International Airport and catch a comfortable bus heading to Matera. After checking into your hotel, the rest of the day is yours to walk around and get a feel for the city. This evening, try some authentic Southern Italian food. The local bread is great, and you'll find orecchiette pasta and hearty legume dishes throughout the area.
