Itinerary
- Day 1
Panama City
You'll arrive in Panama City on your own schedule and check into your accommodation. Spend the day wandering through the city's skyline or head to Casco Antiguo to learn about Panama's history. The Biomuseo has some interesting exhibits if you're into that, or you could just relax in Metropolitan Natural Park instead. Later in the evening, there's a welcome meeting where you'll meet the rest of your group, and you can grab dinner at a local restaurant or rooftop bar if you want.

- Day 2
Panama City to San Blas Islands
Early this morning you'll catch the ferry out to the San Blas Islands, which are governed by the Guna indigenous community. The archipelago has 365 islands total, though only about 50 are actually inhabited. After you arrive at Carti, you'll meet the chief at the Congress House, then boat over to Asseryaladub Island. You'll have free time to relax on the beach and snorkel around. After dinner, the group gathers to hear stories about Guna culture and traditions.

- Day 3
San Blas Islands
Following breakfast, you'll visit a natural pool to see starfish, then head to another island for a change of pace. The afternoon is yours to spend on the beach, join in water games with your group, or do some snorkeling. Back at Asseryaladub Island later, you'll have more free time to hang out in the common area and just take things easy.

Landmarks/POIs Asseryaladub Island - Day 4
San Blas Islands
In the morning, you'll boat to the Aguadub Community for a presentation on Guna traditions, learning about Mola crafting (those traditional textiles with layered colored fabric patterns) and beadwork. A local healer will talk about ancestral medicine practices. Once you return to Asseryaladub Island, the afternoon opens up for swimming, snorkelling, and beach volleyball with your group.

San Blas Islands to Panama City
You'll have a leisurely morning on the island to reflect on the connections you've made, then board the boat back to Puerto Carti. From there, a private vehicle takes you back to Panama City, where you have free time to explore or rest. Later, you can dance the night away with your new friends at a rooftop bar or wherever you want to go.

Departure
You're free to depart at whatever time works best for you. If you want to stick around longer, consider spending a few extra days exploring more of Panama City. Before you head out though, make sure to exchange contact information with your travel group so you can stay in touch after the trip.
