Arrival in Paphos
You'll arrive in Paphos and check into your hotel, then have the afternoon and evening to settle in at your own pace. There's a buffet dinner at the hotel with both local and international options. If you feel like getting out, the coast is right there for a walk, or you could check out Paphos Harbour and grab coffee at a local café. The pool and hotel facilities are also available if you prefer to stay put.

Free Day in Paphos
This day is completely yours to structure however you like. Spend it relaxing by the pool or beach, or wander around Paphos on your own. If you want to do more, there are optional activities available, and you could visit Paphos Harbour, walk the coastal promenade, see the Tombs of the Kings, check out local museums, take a boat trip, have a spa day, or visit wineries nearby. It's all about going at your own speed.

Countryside Excursion: Villages, Workshops & Aphrodite's Birthplace
Start the day in Anogyra village watching traditional carob toffee being made in a family workshop. After that, head to Oleastro Olive Park to see olive oil production and do a tasting with fresh bread. You'll then go to Omodos, a charming wine village where you'll tour a historic winery and taste Commandaria wine, plus have time to browse local shops. A traditional Cypriot lunch happens in the village, and the day ends at Petra tou Romiou, the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, where you can take in the dramatic coastal views and pebbled beach.

Next, head to Mrs. Sofia's farm to see halloumi and bread made the traditional way, then enjoy a homemade Cypriot brunch. After that, explore St. Neophytos Monastery with its serene cave frescoes and an optional riddle quest. Later, take a stroll through Paphos Old Town to see Ottoman heritage and street art, and finish at 'The Place', a creative hub where local artisans share their work, you can try pottery, and light local snacks are available.

Lefkara & Nicosia: Lacework, Divided Capital & Heritage
Travel east to Lefkara, famous for its intricate lacework and silver craftsmanship. Walk the cobbled streets, meet local artisans, and watch a brief lace-making demonstration. From there, continue to Nicosia, the last divided capital in Europe. A guided walk takes you through the Old Town past Venetian walls, Ottoman mosques, and British colonial buildings, with an optional lunch at a traditional tavern. You'll cross the Green Line into occupied Nicosia to visit Büyük Han, a restored 16th-century caravanserai with artisan workshops and cafés. The return to Paphas happens in the late afternoon.

You'll explore the Kykkos Museum with centuries-old artifacts, then after an optional lunch in the mountain village of Pedoulas, move on to Omodos, one of Cyprus' most charming wine villages. Walk the cobbled streets, visit Timios Stavros Monastery, and sample local bread and delicacies in village bakeries.

This is your chance to soak in the last moments of Cyprus on your terms.
