Paphos
You'll arrive in Paphas and check into your hotel, then have the evening to settle in however works best for you. The hotel offers a buffet dinner, and if you're feeling up for it, there are a few options: check out the coastline nearby, head to Paphas Harbour, or just stick around the pool and relax at the hotel's facilities.

- Day 2
Nicosia
This morning you'll travel east to Lefkara, where you can walk through cobbled streets and watch locals make lacework and silver crafts. After that, you're heading to Nicosia for a guided walk around the Old Town, seeing Venetian walls, Ottoman mosques, and colonial buildings. There's a chance to grab lunch at a traditional tavern, then you'll cross the Green Line to see Buyuk Han, a restored 16th-century caravanserai with workshops and cafes. You'll return to Paphas later in the afternoon.

Omodos
You'll head into the Troodos Mountains and visit Panayia Chrysorrogiatissa Monastery, where you can walk around the peaceful grounds and take in panoramic views. Next comes Kykkos Monastery, known for its golden mosaics and sacred icons, plus its museum. After an optional lunch in the mountain village of Pedoulas, you'll go to Omodos, a wine village with cobbled streets. You can visit Timios Stavros Monastery and try local bread and treats at village bakeries.

If you want more to do, there are optional excursions, or you could visit Paphas Harbour, take a coastal walk, check out the Tombs of the Kings, visit local museums, take a boat trip, go to a spa, or explore a winery in the hills.

Kolossi Castle - Limassol - Petra tou Romiou
You'll start the day at Kourion, an ancient Greco-Roman city perched above the sea, walking through a beautifully preserved theatre and seeing ancient mosaics. From there, you'll go to Kolossi Castle, a medieval fortress with views of vineyards and stories tied to crusaders and Commandaria wine. Next is the Cyprus Wine Museum in Erimi Village, housed in a charming stone mansion, where you'll learn about 5,500 years of winemaking and do a guided wine tasting with local food. You'll have free time for lunch in Limassol Marina or Old Town, then end at Petra tou Romiou, the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite.

Then you're off to Oleastro Olive Park, an eco-conscious olive oil mill with exhibits on production methods, and you'll try freshly pressed olive oil with warm bread. Next is Omodos wine village, where you'll visit a historic winery to learn about local grapes and try a wine tasting that includes the famous Commandaria. You'll have time to browse shops for handmade lace and pottery, enjoy a traditional Cypriot lunch, and wrap up at Petra tou Romiou for photos and a beach walk.
