- Day 1
Frankfurt
You'll arrive in Frankfurt and head to your 5-star hotel in the city center. The rest of the day opens up for you to do whatever appeals. Take a walk along the Main River, check out one of the museums, or grab a drink in one of the old taverns over in Sachsenhausen.

Frankfurt to Cologne
After breakfast, you'll travel 77 km to Limburg, a well-preserved medieval town sitting on the Lahn River, where you can walk through the old town and see the cathedral. From there, it's on to Cologne where the iconic Gothic cathedral and charming Altstadt streets are waiting. By afternoon, you'll take a romantic Rhine River cruise with coffee on board, passing castles and vineyard-covered hills along the way.

- Day 4
Bremen to Hamburg
This morning after breakfast, you'll find Bremen's old town is full of things to see. The cathedral stands out, along with the UNESCO-listed Town Hall and the famous statue of the Bremen Town Musicians. Wander through the narrow lanes of Schnoor if you want photos or to browse shops. Later you'll head north to Hamburg, Germany's major Hanseatic port city.

Hamburg
After breakfast, a guided tour will take you through Hamburg's maritime heritage. You'll see the grand City Hall and St. Michaelis church, then walk through Speicherstadt, the world's largest warehouse district. Later on, a harbor cruise shows off the activity of one of Europe's biggest ports. By evening, there's plenty of dining options to explore.

Hamburg to Berlin
After breakfast, you're heading to Berlin, Germany's dynamic and constantly changing capital. Once divided by a wall, it's now a city full of creativity and history. A guided tour introduces you to the Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie, the German Parliament, and Kurfürstendamm boulevard. You'll see part of the famous wall too. Free time later for shopping or relaxing at a café.

Berlin to Potsdam
A guided tour after breakfast takes you south to Potsdam, Brandenburg's capital. This historic city was where Prussian kings and German Kaisers lived. You'll visit the parks and palaces at Sanssouci, Germany's largest World Heritage Site. Back in Berlin by evening, there's optional activities like the Philharmonic, drinks at Potsdamer Platz, or the Sony Center.

Berlin
You have the day to yourself after breakfast to explore Berlin however you like. Walk through old East Berlin, check out the Cathedral and Town Hall, and catch panoramic views from the TV tower. The city has many museums worth visiting. Museum Island up north on Spree Island is particularly worth your time with its museum complex.

After breakfast, you'll travel 194 km to Dresden, a city with deep roots as a royal capital of Saxony. Known as the Jewel Box for its baroque and rococo center, you'll explore the restored Old Town. The Church of Our Lady, Semper Opera House, and the Balcony of Europe on the River Elbe are on your list. The Zwinger fortress holds the Old Masters Collection with works by Raphael, Rembrandt, and Rubens.

After breakfast you'll head to Erfurt, Thuringia's historic capital. See the grand Cathedral and Church of St. Severus, plus the impressive Petersberg Citadel with its sweeping views. Then you'll continue to Weimar, at the center of Germany's cultural history. As the birthplace of German Classicism and home to Goethe and Schiller, it's where art, ideas, and history come together.
