Itinerary
- Day 1
Tirana to Gjirokastra
You'll leave Tirana heading south with your first stop at Peshtura Waterfall, where you can cool off in the turquoise pools and take in the cascading water. From there, it's on to Nivica Canyon viewpoint for those sweeping views down into the deep gorges. Once you reach Gjirokastra, you'll see the Ali Pasha Aqueduct and then take a guided tour through Gjirokastra Castle to get the full history. After that, walk through the Old Bazaar with its narrow streets and local shops, then settle into a traditional guesthouse for the night.

- Day 2
Gjirokastra to Himara
After breakfast you're heading to the Blue Eye, a natural spring where incredibly blue water rises up from underground caverns ringed by forest. You'll have time to photograph it and just take in the sight before driving along the Albanian Riviera, passing through small coastal villages and past dramatic sea cliffs. By afternoon you'll be in Himara, a relaxed beach town where the rest of your day is yours. Hit the waterfront promenade, go for a swim, or grab lunch at one of the seafood restaurants right along the water.

- Day 3
Himara to Tirana
Start the morning with a 2-hour boat tour heading along the Himara coast. You'll visit several spots like Pirates' Cave, Pigeons' Cave, Gjipe Beach, and Aquarium Beach, each one only reachable by water. There's time to swim at a few stops and get photos. After the boat tour wraps up, you'll head north and make a scenic stop in Vlora to see where the Adriatic and Ionian seas meet. Then it's back to Tirana with drop-off at your hotel or the airport.
