Itinerary
- Day 1
Madrid to Segovia to Ávila to Toledo
You'll start early in Madrid at Plaza de San Miguel, checking out the market before heading to Segovia to see the Roman aqueduct and walk around the Alcázar castle. From there, it's on to Ávila for a guided tour through the medieval walls, which are a UNESCO World Heritage site. By evening you'll be in Toledo, visiting the Cathedral and then having time to wander the cobblestone streets on your own before grabbing dinner at a local spot.

- Day 2
Toledo to Castilla-La Mancha Winery
After breakfast at your hotel, the morning is yours to explore Toledo however you like. Head to Mirador del Valle for views over the city, sit at a café, or rent an e-bike to check out the hills around town. In the early afternoon, a guide meets you and you'll travel into Castilla-La Mancha's countryside to a small winery for a walk through the vineyards and cellar to learn about local winemaking. You'll taste three wines from the region, then head back to Madrid.
