    Today's a full day exploring Vancouver starting with a sightseeing tour that takes you through Stanley Park to see the intricately carved totem poles, then down to the waterfront area and historic Gastown. After that, you'll head to Granville Island before making your way to Capilano Suspension Bridge Park where you can walk across the 70-metre bridge hanging above the Capilano River.

You'll stop at Columbia Icefield, North America's largest sub-polar ice pack, and climb aboard an Ice Explorer to travel onto the Athabasca Glacier which is about 300 metres thick. By evening you'll be in Jasper National Park.
