Customer Reviews
- rich· June 2nd, 2025The route was fantastic, lots of variety in terrain, scenery, towns and villages. The only thing missing was more of a cultural experience from the guide. He did a wonderful job navigating and finding good restaurants for dinner, but he was unfamiliar with the cultural and natural history of where we were. I would have gotten much more out of the experience with some background information on the unique places we visited.Show more
- Mary-anne· June 2nd, 2025We had the most fantastic time. Lluis or driver chef and motivator was so much fun and very organised. His lunches were what kept us riding each day. There was always some fast pedalling when we knew Lluis was not far. Veronica our guide was exceptional. She had the ability to help the group bond and embrace and enjoy every moment of each day. Her knowledge and capacity to speak across languages made our journey informative and easy to communicate. I felt safe and was never in a situation of concern. The tour bikes were exceptional. The stays were local, comfortable and very accommodating. The local restaurants were fantastic and always wonderful to taste the local fare. I couldn’t fault this trip and our crew. Most of all we have made new friends and look forward to new adventures. mary -AnneShow more
- JO-ANNE· April 7th, 2025This tour is jam-packed with constant activity! Our tour Guide/Host Craig was extremely knowledgeable and always had so much information to impart during our Orientation Walks of each city (but sometimes it was a bit too much information). This being my first trip to Europe, it was very eye opening to see the architecture, craftsmanship and beauty of the historic World Heritage Sites and learn of their origins. Each of the accommodations we stayed at had their own idiosyncrasies, one having only handheld showers but a great breakfast, another having some ants and a moldy smell (in my room) and several offering quite meager breakfasts (bread/toast with jam and a drink only. And, with the exception of one, I found all the mattresses very comfortable and it was always quiet at night. In the evenings, Craig arranged great (optional) places to eat and always interpreted/explained the items on the menu to us. As well, he was able to take those who were interested to a Flamenco Dance venue one night and to the Mushrooms of Setas de Seville and the oldest bar in Seville another.Show more
