Thank you for arranging personalized tour. Overall, all the family members had good experience and fun especially the helpful tour guides and excellent accommodations but some of the arrangements didn’t reach our expectations like having to pay the meals and missing tour even though they should have been included and meeting time. Other than those, we had wonderful time! Thank you

The guides were excellent as were accommodations . I thought I was going to be on a small group tour but was alone most of the trip . I would have preferred a group as travel in Namibia entails many very long drives . A group trip would have provided conversation and company during those long drives .

Payment information
- For any tour departing before February 9th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after February 9th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Across Africa Tours & Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 100 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Across Africa Tours & Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
