- Day 1
Ho Chi Minh City
Your guide and driver will meet you when you arrive and take you to your hotel in the city center. After settling in, you'll have the afternoon and evening to explore Ho Chi Minh City at your own pace. The city has a mix of modern buildings, historic temples, and museums scattered throughout, so there's plenty to check out depending on what interests you.

- Day 2
Cu Chi Tunnels - Chinatown
This morning you'll head out on a guided tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels, a 250 km network that runs underground. Your guide will share stories about the Viet Cong guerrillas and how the tunnels were used during wartime. By afternoon you'll return to the city and walk through Chinatown in District 5, visiting Thien Hau Temple, exploring Hao Si Phuong Alley, checking out Binh Tay Market, and seeing Cha Tam Church.

Da Nang - Hoi An
Early on you'll travel to the Mekong Delta to explore Vinh Long. A boat cruise takes you along the Mekong River to An Binh Island, where you'll visit local cottage industries to taste freshly made rice paper and coconut candy. Then you'll stop at a local homestay with an orchard and have lunch featuring Mekong specialties. In the afternoon you'll see the village of hundred-year-old brick kilns, learn about traditional brickmaking, and cruise the canals. Later you'll fly to Da Nang and transfer to Hoi An.

Fishing Village - Ancient Town
Start early at Duy Hai Fishing Village to watch fishermen unload their night catch and learn about local fish specialties. After that, you'll visit Bay Mau Coconut Forest and take a basket boat ride along the Hoi An riverside. At a local home you'll get a foot massage and help prepare traditional lunch. In the afternoon you'll explore the UNESCO World Heritage Hoi An Ancient Town, visiting the Japanese Covered Bridge, Chinese Assembly Hall, Tan Ky Ancient House, and Chinatown. End the day with a sunset cruise on Thu Bon River.

Rent a bicycle or motorbike to ride through peaceful areas, local markets, villages, and rice fields. Later head to An Bang Beach or Cua Dai Beach to relax on the white sand.

Da Nang - Hue
You'll travel to Da Nang to visit Non Nuoc Stone Carving Village, which has over 300 years of history. Here you'll see skilled artisans creating stone pieces. Next you'll check out the Marble Mountains with their caves, tunnels, towers, and pagodas offering great views of the surrounding area. You'll tour the Museum of Cham Sculpture, which holds the world's largest collection of Cham ethnic artifacts from the 5th to 15th centuries. Later visit Linh Ung Pagoda to see Vietnam's tallest Goddess of Mercy Statue and views of Son Tra Peninsula. Finally you'll drive along scenic Hai Van Pass to reach Hue.

Hue
Begin with a boat journey along the Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda, the seven-story historic symbol of Hue. Then you'll bike through the countryside to La Chu Village, passing rice fields, lotus ponds, and vegetable farms. At a local family's house you'll do a small cooking class to prepare Hue specialties for lunch. After that you'll have a traditional foot bath infused with local herbs. Spend the afternoon exploring the Imperial Citadel, a UNESCO Heritage Site featuring the 19th-century royal palace with significant buildings, residences, and sacred places.

Early morning you'll start a 4-hour drive from Hue to Quang Binh. After arriving, you'll visit Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site from 2003. You'll explore some of the world's largest caves that were shaped by floods over millions of years. A boat ride takes you through Phong Nha Cave with its towering stalagmites. If you want, there's an option to trek deeper into the cave for a closer look at the rock formations.

- Day 10
Hanoi
This morning you'll explore Paradise Cave, the longest dry cave in Asia. You'll walk through a forest to reach the cave entrance, then go inside to experience the cool air and see hundreds of ivory stalactites that look like glass pillars along a 1-kilometer wooden walkway. After lunch, you'll head to Dong Hoi Station and board an overnight train to Hanoi, Vietnam's capital.

- Day 11
Hanoi
When you arrive at Hanoi Station, you'll rest briefly at your hotel before starting to explore the city. You'll visit Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum to learn about Vietnam's beloved former leader and see his traditional stilt house. Check out the unique lotus-shaped One Pillar Pagoda, then head to the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology to discover the cultural diversity of 54 ethnic groups. In the afternoon, take a cyclo through the bustling Old Quarter past vibrant shops and street food stalls. End at Hoan Kiem Lake and visit Ngoc Son Temple on Jade Island via the iconic Huc Bridge. The rest of the evening is yours.

Ha Long Bay
You'll travel by private car to Ha Long Bay port and check in for a luxurious cruise exploring this UNESCO-listed natural wonder. Lunch is served while you take in views of the odd-shaped limestone pillars and hidden coves. In the afternoon you can choose between kayaking for a closer look at formations or swimming in the emerald water. Watch the sunset from the top deck, then participate in a traditional Vietnamese cooking class. After dinner you can join the crew for optional midnight squid fishing.

The afternoon is free for self-guided exploration, so you can visit sights you might have missed like the Temple of Literature or Hoa Lo Prison. Water puppet shows are also worth checking out.
