Tarangire National Park
Your safari kicks off in Tarangire National Park, where you'll head out on game drives to spot the big elephant herds the park is famous for. The landscape here is something special with all the baobab trees scattered around. During the drive, keep your eyes open for lions, zebras, and giraffes moving through the grasslands. You'll get back to your lodge by late afternoon, giving you time to rest before dinner.

Early morning start as you leave Tarangire and head toward Lake Manyara National Park for more game drives. After lunch, you'll continue on to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where the landscape shifts again with new wildlife and terrain. It's a full day of driving and exploring, so you'll have plenty to see as the day goes on.

Ngorongoro Conservation Area
You'll spend the entire day in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area focusing on the crater itself. Game drives take you through different elevations and habitats, so your chances of spotting everything from buffalo to flamingos are pretty good. The crater walls create this dramatic backdrop throughout the day, and by evening you'll head back feeling like you've covered a lot of ground.
