- Day 1
Tokyo to Hokkaido
Start with a welcome briefing in Tokyo where you'll meet your CEO and the rest of your group. After that, head to the airport for your flight to Memanbetsu in Hokkaido. Once you arrive, you'll transfer to your hotel near Shiretoko National Park and have dinner together with everyone.

- Day 2
Shiretoko
After breakfast, travel to the Five Lakes area of Shiretoko National Park, which features five glacial lakes that freeze solid during winter. You'll put on snowshoes and hike through the snow-covered park and walk across the frozen lakes. The afternoon is free, so you can explore Shiretoko on your own or relax at your hotel.

Shiretoko
Join a guided snowshoe hike through the Primeval Forest area of Shiretoko Peninsula, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This four-hour trek takes you through areas where you might see Steller's sea eagles, Japanese deer, and flying squirrels, plus you'll get dramatic views of cliff edges overlooking the turquoise Okhotsk Sea. Later in the afternoon, take a short walk to Furepe Waterfall, where icicles cascade down into the sea.

Shiretoko to Lake Akan
Leave Shiretoko and head inland toward Lake Akan. Stop at Mt Io, an active volcano inside the Kussharo caldera, where you can see sulfurous smoke and steam rising from the snowy slopes. At Lake Kussharo's shore, dig your own personal hot spring in the sandy beach. Before checking into your ryokan, visit the observatory deck for views of both Lake Kussharo and Lake Mashu. After dinner, watch a cultural performance with Ainu ancient ceremonial dance, contemporary dance, and digital art.

Lake Akan to Asahikawa
Start your morning by relaxing in the ryokan's hot springs, or join your CEO for a walk around Lake Akan if you prefer. Then travel toward Asahikawa. For dinner, try the famous Asahikawa ramen, which is popular throughout Japan for its distinctive flavor and quality.

Asahikawa
Get up early and head to Daisetsuzan Asahidake Ropeway. Board the ten-minute gondola ride up the mountain, then spend a couple of hours walking around the area. Mountain views come and go as fog rolls through, so keep your camera ready for the moments when you can see the surrounding ranges clearly.

Asahikawa to Sapporo
Travel to Sapporo, Hokkaido's capital city. The day is laid back with activities you can choose based on your interests. Either join your CEO on a walking tour of nearby Otaru, a charming town full of historic buildings and local shops, or head to Hokkaido Jingu shrine, a Shinto shrine that honors four deities and offers a nice walk through the grounds.

- Day 8
Sapporo
Spend the day exploring Sapporo, particularly its food and beer culture. Start at Nijo Market, where you'll walk through stalls selling fresh seafood caught off Hokkaido's coast including crabs, fish, fresh urchin, and fish eggs. Afterward, visit the Sapporo Beer Museum, which houses Japan's first domestically made beer, and try exclusive beers available only at this location.
