Sarajevo
You'll arrive at Sarajevo Airport where your guide meets you for the transfer to your hotel. After checking in, the rest of the day is yours to wander around the city and get a feel for the place at your own pace.

Sarajevo
Following breakfast, you'll join a free walking tour through Sarajevo's old town, passing through historic squares, fountains, mosques, churches, and cultural landmarks. In the afternoon, you'll take a war tour that covers the Siege of Sarajevo with visits to Sniper Alley, the Tunnel of Hope, and the Olympic Stadium. You'll spend the night back in Sarajevo.

Sarajevo to Visegrád to Drvengrad
After breakfast, you're heading east into East Bosnia and West Serbia. The route takes you to Visegrad's Old Stone Bridge spanning the Drina River, then on to Andricgrad and Dobrun Monastery. You'll see the wooden architecture of Ethno Village Drvengrad and take the unique Sarhgan Eight train before returning to Sarajevo for the night.

Sarajevo to Mostar and Herzegovina
Following breakfast, you'll travel south into Herzegovina, starting with Konjic and its old bridge on the Neretva River, then moving to Jablanica to see the historic Battle of Neretva site. The drive takes you through the scenic Neretva River canyon, past Kravice Waterfalls, and to Blagaj with its riverside tekke. You'll finish the day in Mostar viewing its famous Old Bridge before heading back to Sarajevo for the night.

Sarajevo to Travnik and Jajce
After breakfast, you're traveling west to Travnik, an historic Ottoman Vizier City and birthplace of Nobel Prize winner Ivo Andric. You'll explore its 28 protected buildings, fortress, mosques, and the Blue Water river. Later you'll continue to Jajce, the medieval Kingdom's capital, to see its 18-meter waterfall and the historic wooden watermills by Pliva Lakes. You'll return to Sarajevo for the night.

Sarajevo (Optional Activities)
You have two options for this day. Either explore Visoko's European pyramids and underground tunnels at the Tunnel of Ravne along with the city's historic mosques and monasteries, or take a full-day tour to Srebrenica to visit the Potocari Memorial Complex and learn about this significant historical site. Either way, you're back in Sarajevo for the night.

Sarajevo (Optional Activities)
This day offers you two choices. One option is a nature walk through forests to explore the Bijambare Cave complex, including the Middle Cave, Upper Cave, and Lower Cave plus medieval Stecinci tombstones. The other option is a hike in remote Lukomir village at 1,500 meters above sea level with canyon views and Olympic mountains. You'll return to Sarajevo for the night.

- Option 1 - Bijambare Cave tour: Walk through oak, beech, and pine forests to reach Bijambare Cave complex, visit Middle Cave (largest), Upper Cave (oldest), Lower Cave, view collection of Stećci (Bosnian medieval tombstones)
- Option 2 - Lukomir Village hiking: Explore stone houses with cherry-wood roof tiles, hiking along Rakitnica Canyon ridge at 1,500 meters elevation with views of canyon, Obalj and Visočica Mountains, and Igman Olympic mountain
