Johannesburg
You'll arrive in Johannesburg and get transferred to your accommodation where you can rest after your flight. Later in the day, you'll meet the group for a welcome dinner to get to know your fellow travelers.

Johannesburg
Start by walking through Soweto to learn about its history and the stories of resilience there. You'll visit either the Apartheid Museum or Nelson Mandela's House depending on what's available that day. By evening, head out to experience Johannesburg's nightlife with music and good company.

Johannesburg to Graskop
Leave early and drive along the Panorama Route toward Kruger, passing dramatic cliffs and waterfalls with sweeping views. You'll stop in Dullstroom for breakfast, then continue through the Lowveld landscape. Arrive at your accommodation near Graskop by late afternoon.

- Day 4
Graskop to Kruger National Park
Head into Kruger National Park and travel through vast landscapes looking for wildlife like elephants, lions, leopards, impalas, and kudu. You'll set up at your pre-erected campsite for the night and have a slow-cooked potjiekos (traditional South African dish) around the fire under the stars.

Kruger National Park
Take an open vehicle game drive through Kruger with expert guides searching for the Big Five. Learn about animal behavior throughout the day. By evening, gather around for a traditional braai (BBQ) with grilled meats while guides share stories about the cultural importance of this meal.

Kruger National Park to Hlane Royal National Park
Cross into Eswatini and head to Hlane Royal National Park. As the day winds down, go on a sunset game drive through the grasslands watching for local wildlife. If lucky, you'll see park rangers perform traditional Swazi singing.

- Day 7
Hlane Royal National Park to Zululand
Head south toward Mkuze and stop at a local crèche where you'll spend time with children and get a sense of their school day. After settling into your accommodation, the afternoon is yours to take things easy. Later this evening, there's a traditional Zulu dancing performance to watch.

Landmarks Hlane Royal National Park - Day 8
Zululand to Blythedale
Start the day in a local Zulu village to see how people live and work in the traditional rural setting. From there, you'll make your way to the coast and check into your beach lodge. The afternoon opens up for you to relax on the sand or use the pool. For dinner, you'll try Bunny Chow, a South African favorite where curry fills a hollowed-out loaf of bread.

Blythedale to Cape Town
Take an early domestic flight to Cape Town. Head to Table Mountain (weather permitting) to watch the sunset over the city with views of the coastline. Later, walk around the V&A Waterfront, do some shopping, and soak in the harbor atmosphere.

Cape Town
Walk through Bo-Kaap to see its colorful houses and Cape Malay heritage. Drive past landmarks like the Houses of Parliament, City Hall, the Slave Lodge, and District Six Museum. Take a leisurely stroll along the Sea Point Promenade, then finish with a sunset cocktail.

After breakfast, spend the day exploring Cape Peninsula. Take a boat cruise to see wild fur seals up close, then stop at Chapman's Peak for photos. Explore the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and visit Boulders Beach to see wild African Penguins. End with a farewell dinner at a trendy restaurant.
