Arrival in Delhi
You'll land at Delhi Airport where your driver meets you for the transfer to your hotel. Once you're settled in your room, you can take some time to rest and get oriented before your journey through India begins.

Delhi to Agra
Following breakfast, you're driven to Agra, which takes several hours. After checking into your hotel, you'll head out to see Agra Fort and then make your way to Taj Mahal for sunset. Watching the light change on the white marble while learning about the Mughal design is really worth timing your visit this way.

Agra to Ranthambore
After breakfast, you'll visit Fatehpur Sikri before driving toward Ranthambore National Park in the Sawai Madhopur district. This 400-acre sanctuary was once a royal hunting ground and now protects tigers and other wildlife. You'll arrive in the afternoon and check in to settle for the night.

Ranthambore Wildlife Safaris
An early morning safari takes you into Ranthambore where tigers, leopards, and deer roam the landscape. You're back by mid-morning for breakfast and some downtime at the hotel. The afternoon brings another safari session before you return to rest for the evening.

Ranthambore to Jaipur
You drive to Jaipur this morning, arriving in the Pink City with its distinctive buildings painted in shades of pink. After checking in, the day is yours to wander the bazaars on your own or join a cooking class at a local home to learn how to prepare authentic Indian dishes.

Jaipur to Jodhpur

Jodhpur to Udaipur
After eating, you visit Mehrangarh Fort with its seven massive gates and historical structures. Then you'll see Jaswant Thada, a white marble cenotaph, before heading toward Udaipur. Along the way, stop at Ranakpur Jain Temple from the 15th century with its 1,400 individually carved pillars. You arrive in Udaipur later in the day.

Udaipur Sightseeing
Your day includes the Vintage Car Museum with the Maharaja's collection, then touring City Palace and its Crystal Gallery filled with 110-year-old pieces. You'll also see Bagore ki Haveli Museum, Jagdish Temple, and Sahelion ki Bari gardens. Later, check out folk art at Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandal, catch sunset at Fateh Sagar Lake or a cultural dance, and finish with an evening boat ride across Lake Pichola to Lake Palace.

After breakfast, you drive to Pushkar, a sacred town known for its annual Cattle Fair each November. You'll check in and spend the rest of the day walking around the old temples and ghats along the holy water.

Pushkar to New Delhi
You drive back to New Delhi and check into your hotel. This is your last night in India before flying to Bhutan tomorrow, so take it easy and prepare for the next part of your trip.

New Delhi to Bhutan (Thimphu)
After breakfast, you're transferred to the airport for your flight to Bhutan. Once you land in Thimphu, another driver takes you to your hotel where you'll check in and settle down.

Thimphu Sightseeing
Starting with breakfast, you'll see King's Memorial Chorten, then head to the hilltop Buddha Dordenma statue overlooking the valley. The Folk Heritage Museum gives you a sense of traditional Bhutanese life. You'll visit Sangaygang BBS Tower for views across the valley and Changangkha Lhakhang, the oldest temple in the area. The day ends at Clock Tower Square where you can meet and talk with locals.

Thimphu to Punakha
After breakfast, you drive toward Punakha through beautiful terrain. En route, you'll visit Simtokha Dzong, the oldest in Bhutan, and stop at Dochula Pass for mountain views. You pass through Wangdue Phodrang known for its Buddhist pilgrimage history. By afternoon you're in Punakha and can relax after checking in.

Punakha Sightseeing
Following breakfast, you'll hike up to Chimi Lhakhang, a 15th-century fertility temple on a hilltop. You'll walk across the long Punakha Suspension Bridge over Po Chhu Lake, then tour Punakha Dzong where kings have been crowned. Later you visit Khamsum Yulley Namgyel Chorten, built for the kingdom's well-being.

Punakha to Paro
You drive to Paro, a town where two rivers meet and traditional Buddhist temples dot the landscape. Many structures here date back to the 14th century. After checking in, you have the rest of the day free to walk around and explore at your own pace.

Paro Sightseeing
After breakfast, you'll drive to Chelela Pass, the highest road you can drive on in Bhutan, with snow-capped peaks visible on clear days. You'll tour Rinpung Dzong, then see Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan's oldest temples built in 659 AD. The day ends with a trek to Tiger's Nest Taktshang, a monastery perched on a cliff over 10,000 feet above sea level where Guru Rinpoche meditated in the 8th century.
