Itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Boston

You'll arrive in Boston this afternoon or evening, depending on your flight time. Head to your hotel and settle in at your own pace. There's nothing scheduled for today, so use the time to rest up or explore the neighborhood around your hotel if you're feeling energetic.

  2. Day 2

    Lexington and Concord

This morning you'll head out to Lexington and Concord with a local guide. Start at Lexington Battle Green, where the Revolutionary War kicked off on April 19, 1775. From there you'll follow the route the British troops marched to Concord, stopping at Wright Tavern and the Old Hill Burying Ground. The Old North Bridge is where things really turned significant, and you'll learn about that 'shot heard 'round the world' moment. You'll also visit the Robbins House to understand its role in African American history. By evening, you'll head back to Boston for a welcome dinner in the North End.

Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and personable. She had quite a few challenges with some of the guests mobility issues yet she arranged alternatives and checked in with them regularly

It was a great tour with stops at several locations throughout Michigan, espcially 2 days/nights at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island. The hotel accommodations and included meals were very good. The tour manager, Dawn, was excellent.

Was impressed with quality of service, pick up and drop off, Matt in the lobby to welcome us and give us our keys. Enjoyed the plays and the restaurants, except for the last breakfast in the hotel. Wish we had more energy to see more things in our spare time, but we were worn out from all the walking.
