Itinerary
- Day 1
Málaga
Your group arrives in Málaga by mid-afternoon, so you'll have time to settle into your hotel. This is when you'll meet everyone for the first time before heading out to check out the beachfront. Your tour leader takes you to a solid local restaurant where you can try tapas, beer, and sangria together. After that, the evening opens up and you can wander through the plazas and bars, take a late-night swim if you're up for it, or just hang at the hotel.

- Day 2
Málaga to Granada
After breakfast, you'll head to the train station and take a direct train to Granada. It's a nice way to see the countryside go by. Once there, check in at your hotel and get settled, then head out to the Alhambra Palace and its grounds. This is a UNESCO site with remarkable Islamic architecture that you won't find many other places in Europe. The rest of your day and evening is open for you to wander around the city on your own terms.

Granada
Start with breakfast, then join your group for a 3-hour guided tour of Granada's Cathedral and Royal Chapel to see the city center's architecture up close. After that tour ends, you'll have free time to relax, shop around, and grab lunch somewhere with a view along Paseo de los Tristes. Later in the evening, a walking tour takes you through the Albaicín and Sacromonte neighborhoods with their tight winding streets and nice views looking out over the Alhambra.

Granada to Seville
After breakfast, you're back on a direct train heading to Seville. The city's known for its Moorish history, architecture, flamenco culture, and orange trees lining the streets. Once you arrive and check into your hotel, there's time to settle in. Later, if you want, there's an optional Spanish cooking class with dinner where a professional chef shows you how to make traditional Sevillian and Spanish dishes the right way.

- Day 5
Seville
Breakfast comes first, then you'll visit the Royal Alcázar to see its detailed tilework and gardens. There's free time during lunch hours for you to grab food wherever you like. After that, you check out Seville Cathedral, which happens to be the largest Gothic cathedral in the world, and climb up the La Giralda tower. You'll wander through the Barrio Santa Cruz streets (the birthplace of flamenco), and see the Plaza de España. Before the day ends, cross the Triana Bridge to explore the traditional ceramics district, then settle in for an evening flamenco show with tapas and wine.

Seville to Cáceres
This morning you board a regional train that takes you through Andalusia and into Extremadura, heading to Cáceres. From your seat, you'll watch olive groves, vineyards, and rolling hills pass by. After checking into your hotel, the rest of the evening is yours to explore Cáceres, a UNESCO site with a medieval Old Town that blends Roman, Moorish, Gothic, and Renaissance architecture all together.

Cáceres to Madrid
Your morning in Cáceres is free, so you can walk around the streets and grab an early lunch at a local café if you'd like. Later, you'll board a train to Madrid and arrive in this busy capital city. If you're interested, there's an optional paella and sangria workshop in the evening where you'll learn to make these classic Spanish dishes.

- Day 8
Madrid
After breakfast, you'll take a skip-the-line guided tour through the Royal Palace to see its architecture and history without standing in long queues. Following that, there's free time to grab lunch in Madrid's historic center. In the afternoon, head to the Prado Museum, which has an incredible collection of European art including famous works by Velázquez and Goya. As evening approaches, you'll have time to relax or explore more before dinner, which marks a transition point for the tour.
