Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Barcelona
You'll arrive in Barcelona and get picked up at the airport by luxury coach, then head to your hotel. If your room isn't ready, there's time to wander around the city while staff stores your bags. At 6 PM the orientation meeting gets underway, and then you'll have a welcome dinner with wine to kick things off.

- Day 2
Barcelona's Gaudí Masterpieces and Montjuïc
The drive starts along the Old Harbor and moves through to Plaza Catalunya, Barcelona's main square. You'll see Gaudí's Casa Batlló and the Sagrada Familia, then head to Park Güell. From there, it's on to Montjuïc Hill where the 1992 Olympics took place. The day wraps up with a special dinner and wine.

Barcelona to Cava Region Wine Tour
After breakfast, you're heading to the Cava Region outside Barcelona for a winery tour with wine tastings and lunch included. Later in the afternoon you'll return to Barcelona with free time to shop and explore on your own. Dinner tonight is up to you.

Barcelona to Valencia via Peñíscola
The drive takes you down the Mediterranean coast toward Valencia, stopping at Peñiscola to see the castle built by the Knights Templar. You'll have lunch on your own before continuing to Valencia. There's time to check out the City of Arts and Sciences, and then you'll learn to cook traditional Paella Valenciana for dinner with local wine.

Valencia City Tour
A guided tour of Valencia covers the stories of El Cid and takes you through Roman and Arabic architecture, the City Hall, and the Gothic Cathedral. You'll also see the City of Arts and Sciences with its modern design. Dinner with your group and wine happens this evening.

Valencia to Granada via Alhambra
You're driving from Valencia to Granada, where the main event is the 13th-century Alhambra, a UNESCO site known for its Moorish art and architecture. Then you'll walk through the Generalife Gardens with their courtyards and waterfalls looking out toward the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Dinner with wine is included.

Before getting to Seville, you'll explore the Albacín district and the Royal Chapel where Ferdinand and Isabella are buried. Once in Seville, the rest of the day is yours to shop and explore. Your tour director can offer recommendations if you want suggestions.

- Day 8
Seville Landmarks and Flamenco Dinner
Start at Plaza de España and Maria Luisa Park, then take a walking tour through Barrio Santa Cruz with its cobblestone streets (the old Jewish Quarter). You'll visit the Cathedral of Seville, the burial site of Christopher Columbus. This evening brings dinner with wine and a traditional Andalusian Flamenco show.

Lisbon City Tour
After breakfast, you'll head to Edward VII Park at the top of the city for views over Lisbon's hills and the River Tagus. Next comes the 16th-century Belem Tower, a UNESCO site marking Portugal's Age of Discovery. Then you'll see Jeronimos Monastery, where explorer Vasco da Gama is buried. The rest of the day is free.

After free time, you'll return to freshen up before the final dinner in one of Lisbon's oldest districts, featuring Portuguese food and Fado singers.
