Mannheim to Reims
You'll arrive in Mannheim on your own and meet up with the group around midday. From there, everyone boards the coach heading to Reims. During the drive, you'll get to know the other travelers, and dinner together that evening gives you a chance to start forming connections before the trip really gets going.

Honfleur
A guided walk takes you through Reims to see Notre-Dame Cathedral, which showcases the intricate details of French Gothic style. After that, the coach moves on to Normandy and brings you to Honfleur, sitting right on the Seine estuary. You'll walk through the narrow, winding streets there to reach Vieux Bassin, and you can see Ste. Catherine, which is the largest wooden church in all of France.

Caen - Bayeux
Start in Caen where you'll check out William the Conqueror's castle and the abbeys that reflect the town's medieval past. From there, head to Bayeux to walk through the cathedral and wander the old town streets. Later in the day, stop at a Calvados distillery to taste this apple brandy that the region's famous for.

- Day 4
Cancale
Mont-Saint-Michel appears on the horizon as you approach, with its Gothic monastery rising from the bay. You'll explore the fortified settlement built around the monastery church, a structure from the 13th century that earned its reputation as a wonder of the West. Later, you head to Cancale, a small fishing village where you can see oyster baskets at low tide and try fresh oysters straight from local fishermen at the market.

Côtes d'Armor - Roscoff
Travel west through Côtes d'Armor, passing the pink granite rock formations near Perros-Guirec that make this stretch of coast so distinctive. Stop by the Sept-Îles bird sanctuary, then finish the day in Roscoff where you can walk the pristine beaches and see the clear water.

Finistère - Meneham
The day focuses on Brittany's spiritual side at the Calvary of St. Thégonnec, a site tied to traditional Breton pilgrimages over centuries. From there, you travel to Finistère and the village of Meneham, where yellow rock formations shaped by the sea give the area a dramatic, isolated feeling. You'll also see the Menhir Men Marz, one of France's most substantial standing stones.
