- Day 1
Dubai
You'll arrive in Dubai and head to your hotel for check-in. There's a warm welcome waiting for you as you settle in after your journey.
- Day 2
Dubai
Start this morning by taking in views of Jumeirah Mosque and the ruler's palace. Then walk through the historic Bastakia quarter to see the traditional wind tower houses, then check out the souk and the iconic Burj Al Arab Hotel. After that, head to Palm Jumeirah Island to view Atlantis Resort and learn about local life at Sheikh Mohammed Center. You'll have a traditional lunch before heading to Dubai Shopping Mall next to Burj Khalifa, with an option to go up the observation deck on the 124th floor if you want.

Dubai to Khasab
Drive north through Sharjah, Ajman, and Ras al Khaimah toward the Omani border, then continue on a panoramic road overlooking the Persian Gulf to Khasab. This old trading town sits at the foot of the Hadjar Mountains on the Strait of Hormuz. Later, you'll explore Jebel Harim's mountain world in off-road vehicles, heading up around 2,000 meters through terraced villages and acacia forests with views over the Arabian Fjords of Musandam. Before returning to your hotel, stop at Khawr Najid for views over the Indian Ocean.

Khasab to Dubai
Board a traditional dhow and sail into the fjords where you might spot dolphins. You'll have a swimming and snorkeling break in the calm, turquoise waters, then enjoy refreshments and lunch on board. In the late afternoon, head back to the harbor and take the bus back to your hotel in Dubai.

Dubai to Abu Dhabi
Start with a visit to Masdar City to see sustainable and innovative architecture. Then go to Sheikh Zayid Mosque, one of the world's largest, with white marble domes and impressive chandeliers. You'll explore the Heritage Village to learn about Bedouin traditions, then take a break at Marina Mall. In the afternoon, visit the Qasr Al Watan presidential palace, then head to Saadiyat Island to see the Louvre Abu Dhabi. As the sun sets, you'll have a spiritual visit to the newly built Hindu temple.

- Day 6
Abu Dhabi to Al Ain
Travel through the desert landscape toward Al Ain. You'll see Qasr Al Muwaijah, birthplace of the current UAE president, and the palace of late founding president Sheikh Zayed. Stop at Al Jahili Fort where your guide will tell you about the Falaj, an ancient underground irrigation system. Then head to the foot of Jebel Hafeet Mountain to visit the natural hot springs.

Al Ain to Nizwa
After breakfast, head toward the Omani border and drive via Ibri along the Hadjar Mountains to Nizwa, Oman's historic capital. You'll visit Bahla Fortress with its impressive 11-kilometer wall, one of Oman's oldest structures from pre-Islamic times and currently undergoing UNESCO restoration. Continue to the mountain village of Al Hamra where 400-year-old mud houses still have people living in them, with traditional Falaj irrigation systems still working. Have dinner at your hotel in Nizwa.

Nizwa
After breakfast, board off-road vehicles to explore the new souk where you can find traditional silver khanjars and Bedouin jewelry. Pass through a gate to climb the 17th-century fortress for panoramic views over Nizwa and the surrounding plains. Drive to Misfat Al Abriyeen, a mountain village at 1,000 meters elevation with impressive terraces and ancient houses built on massive rocks. Stop at Jebel Shams for spectacular canyon views before heading back to your hotel.

Nizwa to Wahiba Sands
Visit the recently opened Across Ages Museum for a look at human development from the Stone Age to today, including Oman's past, present, and future. Travel by off-road vehicle to Wadi Bani Khalid, a desert oasis with clear, green natural pools fed by spring water where you can walk or swim. Continue to the Wahiba Sands, an enormous desert with sand dunes reaching up to 200 meters high. You'll have a BBQ dinner at the Arabian Oryx Camp where you'll stay the night.

Wahiba Sands to Muscat
After breakfast, check out and board an off-road vehicle to reach the main road. Take the bus to Sur for a short look around, visiting the shipyards where traditional dhows are still built. Continue along the coastal road toward Muscat, stopping at Wadi Tiwi to explore a village with banana and papaya farms and take a short walk. See the Bimah sinkhole, a spectacular limestone crater with striking blue-green water, before arriving in Muscat in the afternoon.

Muscat
Start by exploring Muscat's cultural treasures at the Grand Mosque to see the beautiful artwork and chandeliers. Visit the Royal Opera House, then wander the narrow alleyways of Muttrah Souk. Stop at the National Hospitality Institute where you can have an Omani lunch buffet and chat with young people training for the catering trade. Tour the National Museum to explore Oman's cultural heritage, then finish at the magnificent Al-Alam Palace, the Sultan's residence. Have your final dinner at the hotel.
