- Douglas· May 31st, 2025Our Tour Manager, Chris B. is a true professional and made our tour both stress free and filled with the sites and stories we came to experience. TourRadar/RIT provided Chis’s cell number weeks before our tour and he was easy to contact and coordinate our unique meeting requirements to join the tour. This was our first visit to the UK and I felt Royal Irish Tours did a good job picking cities and activities for us to experience England and Wales. Our tour was 10 Canadians and 6 Americans and our tour bus was built for 40, so plenty of room to stretch out. The bus had an onboard restroom which I felt was important and our driver, Mark, was excellent. Chris and RIT understand that older folks need regular bathroom breaks, and for me that takes some of the stress out of traveling. - Leigh· July 22nd, 2025This is an absolutely perfect tour. And our tour guide Linda and our driver Mark made the experience exceptional. All of the hotels are beautiful and food is excellent. All of experiences are fantastic, and are included in the price of the tour. Nothing was additional in cost, which is very different from the Globus tour we are currently on in London, where everything seems to be additional. I would do this tour again in a heartbeat. You see so much and you cover nearly the whole country. The only thing that would make it better would be more time on the Isle of Skye. But I understand that there will be a different tour next year that will include that. And it will add on two extra days. There is not one thing that I would do to make this tour better other than more time in Skye. Castles, history, sheepdog experience, beautiful scenery… It includes it all.Show more

The Devon & Cornwall is leisurely paced even staying three nights in one location. There is a complementary group transfer to Gatwick airport on the morning of day 8 so if you booked a flight after 2pm that would work.
