    The locations visited were very good. The hotels were fine. Both the city guides and guide in the highlands were very good. Our driver was excellent. The group size was perfect. Our only criticism was with Firebird's app. The itinerary info was not always accurate and there was discrepancies with info provided by Tour Radar and Firebird. I must Say that both customer service before and during the tour was excellent.

    What kind of luggage is permitted?

      The standard allowance per person is one checked-in suitcase and one handbag. While porterage is not included, the driver will assist with luggage handling between the airport and hotel and between the locations. If any traveler expects to bring more than one suitcase, we ask that this be discussed with us in advance.

      I want to investigate other flights such as Tampa to one of London's airports, then taking a smaller flight into Edinburgh, such as Easy Jet, etc. I think it would be less turn around time and more efficient.

For tours departing after January 6th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Firebird Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Firebird Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
